As a multifaceted artist, my practice ranges from traditional forms such as painting, drawing, sewing, and sculpture to more modern media in the digital space. Rooted in sustainability, my work reexamines past ideas and discarded items to recognize their original intent while allowing for a new purpose and context reflective of the modern age. My past experiences working for and with the community inspired me to shift my path from strictly creation to pedagogy and community. In my future studies and career path, I will inspire creative expression through art education of technique, history, and social constructionism.
