ESTHER BHOSALE

Growing up, I was fortunate to be exposed to different places, hobbies, and cultures. It felt difficult to commit to one specific style or aesthetic as my own. Over time, I realized that this sense of in-betweenness was not a limitation, but the foundation of my work. My experiences are what make my designs unique.

I draw from my personal interests and memories to create visuals that reflect where I have been and what I have seen. Rather than trying to fit into a single visual language, I embrace contrast as a core part of my process. Being from two very different cultural backgrounds, I’ve learned to appreciate each of their unique qualities.

From textiles to styling, and to designing digital media, my designs not only reflect how I see the world, but also how I create — constantly moving between past and present, familiarity and difference, tradition and exploration.
