Inspired by my roots in the Pacific Northwest, each of my designs is touched with a sense of the natural world. I spent much of my adolescence connecting with the outdoors, from fishing and sailing to camping and gardening. I have carried many of these skills with me into adulthood, and the reverence I hold for the world around me is the backbone of the artwork I create. With these sensibilities, I blend my passion for history, literature, and culture to create narrative works of art that stir the senses and create a feeling of earthly connection. My focus lies in textiles, illustration, concept design, and photographic storytelling.
